Skylight Dining Room

This newly renovated restaurant in Pointe Plaza features beautiful wood beams and natural finishes in a comfortable, welcoming environment. It’s a favorite gathering place for nutritious and delicious menu options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus, residents and their guests love the country club-style brunch served every Sunday in the Skylight Dining Room.

Boren Bistro

The delicious aroma of fresh-baked cookies and warm cinnamon rolls welcomes you to this charming gathering spot in the beautifully renovated Pointe Plaza. It’s open 12 hours a day, Monday – Saturday for a quick cup of coffee, a cocktail or a light meal at your leisure. Right next door is the convenience store—a well-stocked, one-stop shop where residents can pick up a few everyday essentials if they don’t want to go out to shop.

Starlight Restaurant

This special restaurant radiates ambience and offers specialty featured entrées and creations, situated below our Windsong residences. Join us for dinner Monday – Saturday and a plated lunch on Sunday.

  Carillon has been an answer to prayer. The staff is awesome.  Ty, Denise, Shirley,  Diane, and so many more have simply been the BEST! They are loving, caring, patient and treat my mother with love and respect. I'm so grateful to everyone there. My mother is in great hands!

  My mother has been at Carillon for 14 plus years. Her and her Husband Henry lived in Independent living. After he passed away we put mom in assisted living. She has since been in memory care. The staff, nurses and all the other workers are awesome. They take the best care of our mother. She turns 101 years old the 16th of June! She tells me all the time “I’m still here”!!
